IT System & Network Admin - L2 (Senior)

Experience: 5-6 Years

TecBrix is looking for an experienced IT System & Network Admin - L2 (Sr) to join our growing IT Infrastructure team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure including server health, network links, and reporting
• Port and service monitoring of servers
• Hands on experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, VMware
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Java, Node.js, Tomcat
• Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Nginx, Squid Proxy, DNS, Kafka, Redis
• SSL certificate creation, setup, and installation
• Application deployment and bug fixing
• Client and vendor coordination
• Incident, change, and capacity management using ticketing tools
• Backup and restore management
• Infrastructure and application monitoring, networking, and troubleshooting
• Audit exposure: PCI DSS, ISO, IS
• Documentation of solutions and contribution to automation and innovation initiatives
• End to end ownership of customer technical issues with regular status updates
• Team management and collaboration
• Willingness to work in a 24 7 environment and provide weekend support when required

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT)
