The ERP Specialist is responsible to manage, support, and optimize the estate’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration and operation of modules related to procurement, inventory, fleet, HR, finance, and facilities management. The ERP Specialist ensures that system configurations align with estate operations, enhances workflow automation, and provides analytical insights to improve decision-making across departments.
JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must-have experience with Odoo ERP platform.
- Certification in Database Management, Business Process Automation, or Systems Analysis is an advantage.
- Python Skills are considered as an added advantage
- Knowledge of UAE data security and IT compliance standards is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, and support, preferably in facilities management, engineering, or private estate operations.
- Experience with integration of ERP with inventory control, procurement systems, asset tracking, and HR/payroll modules.
- Exposure to data migration, workflow customization, and ERP reporting dashboards.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
ERP System Management
- Administering and maintaining ERP systems to support estate operations, including procurement, warehousing, fleet tracking, and technical maintenance scheduling.
- Customizing modules and workflows to reflect estate-specific procedures and department needs.
- Ensuring system uptime, performance, and data integrity.
- Planning and executing ERP version upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
- Testing new features and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
User Training & Support
- Training department staff and users on ERP functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.
- Troubleshooting user issues and ensuring proper role-based access.
- Supporting staff with regular system updates and enhancements.
Integration & Automation
- Integrating ERP systems with third-party software (e.g., biometric attendance, GPS tracking, accounting tools).
- Implementing automated workflows, notifications, and approvals for purchase requests, maintenance schedules, and HR forms.
Security & Compliance
- Maintaining ERP user security protocols and access control policies.
- Ensuring system compliance with internal data governance policies and UAE digital regulations.
- Implementing regular backups, audit trails, and updating documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and HR teams to align system usage with real-world workflows.
- Attending planning meetings and suggesting system-based process improvements.
- Liaising with ERP vendors or third-party developers for customizations and support.
