Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and enhance our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related requirements, providing technical support, system upgrades, user training, and process optimization to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors and service providers for system updates, troubleshooting, and new module implementation.
  • Develop and generate business reports and dashboards as required by different departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Logistics).
  • Provide technical support and training for ERP users across various departments.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and regular backup of the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with department heads to customize ERP functionalities according to operational needs.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of system data, configurations, and workflows.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
  • Support the integration of third-party software with the ERP system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP administration, preferably within trading, construction equipment, or machinery industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant systems).
  • Hands-on experience in ERP system customization, reporting tools, and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and business operations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience in integrating ERP with CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
  • Project management experience in ERP implementations or upgrades.
