Position Title: Odoo ERP Technical & Functional Specialist

Department: IT / ERP Implementation

Reports To: Management / ERP Project Lead

Job Purpose:

We are looking to hire an in-house Odoo ERP Technical & Functional Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, customizing, supporting, and continuously improving the company’s Odoo ERP system. This is a permanent employee role, focused on long-term system stability, business alignment, and internal user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal owner of the Odoo ERP system.

• Support end-to-end implementation and rollout of Odoo ERP.

• Configure and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchase.

• Understand business processes and translate them into Odoo configurations and technical requirements.

• Perform data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework.

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues.

• Provide day-to-day ERP support to internal users.

• Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions.

• Coordinate with external Odoo developers, vendors, and consultants when required.

• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.

• Strong working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.

• Good understanding of Odoo architecture and module customization.

• Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or trading companies is preferred.

• Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, and business workflows.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Profile:

• Age range: 30–35 years.

• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

• Experience working as an in-house ERP or IT resource is an advantage.
