Position Overview

We are hiring an IT & ERP Specialist to oversee Blaura’s Odoo ERP system and full technology infrastructure.

This person will ensure all departments , from Front of House to HR, Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Bookings, and POS , operate seamlessly through one unified system.

They will be fully responsible for data governance, system reliability, cybersecurity, and ensuring every staff member uses the ERP correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Blaura’s Odoo ERP across all modules and departments.
• Oversee data governance: ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper recordkeeping center-wide.
• Monitor and optimize network systems, Wi-Fi, hardware, and devices (Windows, macOS, Android, POS, routers, printers, firewalls).
• Conduct regular data audits, quality control, and system backups.
• Ensure smooth operations across all connected systems , from bookings to payments and reports.
• Handle technical troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and software updates with third-party providers.
• Enforce cybersecurity best practices: antivirus, firewall, access control, and encrypted data flow.
• Provide staff training, monitor ERP usage, and ensure all teams adhere to standard protocols.

Act as Blaura’s technical liaison with third-party vendors and service providers for ERP, POS, and IT systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems and ERP (Odoo or similar) administration.
• Strong understanding of data management, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to oversee multi-department operations through a central ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; proactive and detail-oriented with a structured mindset.
