IT Systems & Network Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and self-reliant IT professional to manage and maintain our company’s complete IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end IT operations, providing hands-on technical support, managing servers, networks, cloud services, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems for approximately 35 users.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-User Support (L1–L3): Provide desktop, server, and application support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Network & Security: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, switches, and routers.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, email setup, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and license allocation.
• Active Directory: Administer AD users, groups, policies, file permissions, and authentication systems.
• Cloud & IT Services: Manage cloud platforms, backup solutions, and ITIL-based service request handling.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain servers, printers, EPABX, CCTV, and office AV equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and business application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers for procurement, AMC renewals, and project implementations.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure data security through scheduled backups, DR procedures, and system monitoring.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date IT policies, network diagrams, and infrastructure documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT administration, networking, and system support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, switches, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
