Overview:

The IT Tamheer is designed for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the IT industry & eligible for Tamheer program. Trainees will gain practical experience and exposure to various IT functions, enhancing their skills and knowledge in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system maintenance and updates.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
• Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of new software applications.
• Document IT processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
