Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive IT Team Coordinator to support daily team operations and ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the IT/engineering team.
• Act as a communication bridge between developers, QA, product, and management.
• Track task progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in sprint planning, stand-ups, and team meetings.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.
• Support team members in resolving coordination or dependency issues.
• Prepare basic reports on team progress and performance.
• Help maintain documentation and internal communication records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, IT support, or junior project role.
• BSCS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to manage and coordinate teams.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in a software house or IT environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
