IT Team Lead

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in NET technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C* with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming OOP*.
• Experience in ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC development.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining C Windows desktop applications WinForms/WPF.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain C desktop applications and ASP.NET Web applications Web Forms and MVC.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Provide proactive leadership to the IT team, including software developers, system administrators, technical support personnel, and other IT specialists.
• Cultivate a positive and cohesive work environment that promotes open communication, knowledge sharing, and effective teamwork among team members.
• Champion agile principles and methodologies e.g., Scrum, Kanban within the IT team.
• Organize and lead regular sprint planning , review, and retrospective meetings to optimize team performance.
