Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT and technical roles, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring process. This position requires a strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends, along with the ability to build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (L1–L3, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Support).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and assessments with internal panels.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.
  • Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data confidentiality norms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Networking, Cloud, Hardware, or Technical Support).
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills using multiple platforms.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, ATS tools, and Excel-based reporting.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
