IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our mall operations team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LED screens, IT hardware support, and façade lighting systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LED display systems (indoor/outdoor).
• Provide technical support for IT hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain façade lighting systems for the mall.
• Ensure system uptime and respond promptly to technical incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, repairs, and service schedules.
• Support general ELV systems as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, with specific expertise in LED screens and lighting control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and structured cabling.
• Experience in mall or commercial facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
