IT Technician

1. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment. 2. Provide technical support for Windows, MS Office, and networking issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner. 4. Assist with IT infrastructure support, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi solutions. 5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary. 6. Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
