Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Technician / Network Support Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess MCSA and CCNA certifications, have 2–3 years of practical experience, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The candidate will be responsible for network administration, system installation, troubleshooting, CCTV surveillance systems & Installation, biometric attendance systems, Wi-Fi deployment, user support, and assisting the DevOps team in infrastructure-related activities.

Mandatory Requirements

Education & Certifications

• MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) – Mandatory
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory

Experience

• Must 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT Support, Network Administration, and System Maintenance.

Residence

• Permanent Resident of Lahore – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Perform operating system installations and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain Windows-based environments.
• Ensure smooth operation of all IT equipment and services.

2. Network Administration & Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wireless Networks.
• Configure routers, switches, access points, and network devices.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain network security policies.
• Troubleshoot internet and internal network-related problems.

3. CCTV Systems Management

• Install and configure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
• Configure NVR/DVR devices.
• Monitor camera performance and recording systems.
• Troubleshoot CCTV network and hardware issues.
• Maintain CCTV backup and storage systems.

4. Biometric Attendance Systems

• Install and configure biometric attendance machines.
• Register and manage employee attendance records.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and synchronization issues.
• Coordinate with HR regarding attendance-related technical matters.

5. System Installation & Troubleshooting

• Install and configure:
• Windows Operating Systems
• Office Applications
• Antivirus Solutions
• Utility Software
• Network Applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization.

6. Microsoft Server Administration

• Manage Active Directory services.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File Sharing.
• Monitor server health and system performance.
• Perform backup and restoration activities.

7. Wireless & Internet Infrastructure

• Install and configure enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
• Manage wireless access points and controllers.
• Troubleshoot signal, connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Ensure optimal wireless network coverage.

8. IT Security & Backup Management

• Monitor endpoint security solutions.
• Maintain antivirus and firewall systems.
• Perform scheduled backups and recovery testing.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
