PROJECT SCOPE: As the IT Tendering Manager in Ahmadi, your primary function is the end-to-end management of technical bids. You are the architect of the "Technical Offer," ensuring that every proposal sent by Future Constructions Tech is mathematically sound, technologically superior, and fully compliant with Kuwaiti industrial standards.

CRITICAL COMPLIANCE PATH:

• Technical Specification Mapping: Deconstruct complex RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements into actionable IT procurement lists, ensuring 100% alignment with client hardware and software needs.
• Vendor Ecosystem Management: Negotiate and coordinate with international and local tech suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining high-integrity service level agreements.
• Bid Integrity & Auditing: Lead the final technical review of all IT-related tenders, verifying that the proposed solutions are scalable and meet the high-security demands of the Industrial Area sector.
• Strategic Cost-Benefit Analysis: Work alongside the finance team to ensure that every technical solution proposed is optimized for both performance and profitability.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional Tenure: 7+ years in IT procurement, tendering, or technical project management, preferably within the construction or oil and gas sectors.
• Technical IQ: Expert knowledge of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity systems.
• Linguistic Mastery: C2 English proficiency is mandatory for drafting complex bid responses and managing international vendor relations.
• Asynchronous Reporting: You will be required to use Loom to record "Bid Summaries" and technical walkthroughs for the executive committee, ensuring transparency in the decision-making process.
