BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
  • Develop strategies to increase company revenue
  • Research competitors and market trends
  • Set sales and growth targets

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate new leads and convert them into clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and submit proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Monitor sales performance and pipelines

4. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare business proposals and bids
  • Coordinate with technical and finance teams for pricing
  • Participate in tender submissions and follow-ups

5. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and networking events
  • Strengthen company visibility in the market

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Analyze business performance and client feedback
  • Forecast revenue and business growth

7. Internal Coordination

  • Work with operations, finance, and project teams
  • Ensure smooth project execution after deal closure
  • Align client requirements with company capabilities

Key Skills Required

  • Presentation & persuasion skills
  • CRM tools knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering
  • 3–8+ years experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in GCC markets is a strong advantage (e.g., Qatar, Saudi Arabia)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
