- Generate new leads and convert them into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor sales performance and pipelines
4. Proposal & Tender Management
- Prepare business proposals and bids
- Coordinate with technical and finance teams for pricing
- Participate in tender submissions and follow-ups
5. Marketing & Brand Development
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Represent the company in exhibitions and networking events
- Strengthen company visibility in the market
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Analyze business performance and client feedback
- Forecast revenue and business growth
7. Internal Coordination
- Work with operations, finance, and project teams
- Ensure smooth project execution after deal closure
- Align client requirements with company capabilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering
- 3–8+ years experience in sales or business development
- Experience in GCC markets is a strong advantage (e.g., Qatar, Saudi Arabia)
