IT Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Trainer who can teach computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office applications, and Advanced Excel while also providing technical support such as Windows installation and basic system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and practical teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach Microsoft Office applications including:
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• Advanced Excel
• MS PowerPoint
• Train students in computer fundamentals and practical IT skills
• Install and configure Windows operating systems
• Perform basic computer troubleshooting and software installation
• Prepare lecture notes, assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks
• Conduct practical lab sessions and evaluate student performance
• Guide students on professional computer usage and office productivity tools
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage computer lab activities
• Assist students with projects and hands-on practice

Required Qualifications

• BS Computer Science (BSCS) or related field
• Relevant teaching or industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows installation and configuration
• MS Office Suite
• Advanced Excel features such as:
• Pivot Tables
• Charts
• Data Validation
• Lookup Functions
• Conditional Formatting
• Power Query (preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach beginner to intermediate level students

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience teaching in an institute or academy
• Strong classroom management skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
