Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive IT User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications

Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required

Maintain IT assets and documentation
Requirements
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking

Good communication skills
-
Arabic is a plus
