Customer Support Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are building a high-performance team to support a fast-growing US-based medical practice. This is not a typical customer support role — we are looking for individuals who operate with precision, professionalism, and ownership.If you understand urgency, can handle patients with empathy while maintaining efficiency, and thrive in a structured environment, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage patient scheduling with accuracy and efficiency

Deliver a premium patient experience through calls, texts, and follow-ups

Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with complete attention to detail

Manage internal tracking systems, worksheets, and operational workflows

Coordinate seamlessly with clinical and administrative teams

Handle patient inquiries with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

Ensure zero-drop communication and strong follow-through on all tasks

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer support (Healthcare experience is a strong advantage)

Familiarity with EHR systems and structured workflows

Exceptional English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)

High level of discipline, reliability, and accountability

Ability to multitask without compromising accuracy

Comfortable working US night shifts

Preferred Profile:

Experience working with US-based medical practices

Strong understanding of patient handling and service standards

Proficiency in Google Sheets / ExcelFast learner with a “get it done right” mindset
