Job Title: Italian Speaker - Customer Support Specialist

Location: 6 October – On-site

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.No previous experience is required – we will provide full training. If you are motivated, a quick learner, and passionate about helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian.

B1 -B2 Level in English.

Provide accurate information about our products and services.

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.

Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.

Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site at our office location.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
