ITGC Testing Specialist

Title: Salesforce QA.

Compensation Pay Range:$43.12-$61.60 Per Hr

Summary: This position is for a Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in testing and automation within a Salesforce environment. Located in Charlotte, NC, this contract role involves working as part of an Agile team, focusing on testing customizations and integrations. Candidates should have experience with automation tools and a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new customizations and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain automation test scripts.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct integration testing with various data and web services.
• Analyze and report on test results to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience testing Salesforce platform customizations with a strong understanding of relevant technologies.
• Expert knowledge in automation script development using generic automation tools.
• Experience with testing web services and data integrations.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL with experience in database technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
