The ServiceNow Product Owner for ITOM / CMDB / ITAM leads the strategy, roadmap, and value realization of Corning's ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) product portfolio, extended to encompass IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities including Hardware and Software Asset Management. This role is accountable for defining and executing a product vision that enables enterprise visibility, service mapping, event correlation, and AI-driven operational intelligence , while ensuring high-quality, trusted CMDB data that supports comprehensive asset lifecycle management and compliance across hardware and software assets.
Operating within a Product Operating Model , the Product Owner serves as the single point of accountability for all ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM outcomes — including backlog prioritization and cross-functional stakeholder alignment — to maximize the platform's business value. This is a high-impact, immediate-need position at the center of Corning's digital transformation initiatives, data governance efforts, and AI-enabled IT operations. The role partners across business and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into product capabilities , prioritizes investments based on value, and ensures delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise goals.

- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet

Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
