IVF Nurse

Urgent Hiring – IVF Centre

Position: Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)

Qualification:

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing

Location: Chennai (Relocation candidates required)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, OPU, ET, and other fertility procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain basic process and care
• Monitor patient vitals, injections, and post-procedure recovery
• Administer medications and hormone injections as prescribed
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient files, and treatment records
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, and OT protocols
• Support patients emotionally during fertility treatment
• Coordinate with lab, OT, and front office teams
• Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and ethical practices
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of IVF procedures and fertility treatments
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional patients
• Good clinical observation and documentation skills
• Teamwork and coordination with doctors and embryologists
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
