Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial and residential spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as buffing and floor care equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly throughout the facility.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of carpets, windows, and high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist with custodial duties related to waste removal, restocking supplies, and minor repairs to support overall facility maintenance.
• Support maintenance activities such as minor repairs or painting projects when needed to uphold the facility’s appearance and safety standards.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure all areas are maintained at optimal cleanliness levels.

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
