Emerald Facility Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Operative to support our commercial cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities while working as part of a dependable team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general commercial cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Spot clean walls, doors, and high-touch surfaces
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Report maintenance or safety issues when observed
• Ensure all assigned areas meet Emerald’s quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must be dependable and punctual

HOURS: 10:00PM to 6:30AM MON-FRI _ SCHEDULED WEEKENDS
