Janitor/Maintenance

We are currently hiring an experienced maintenance tech / janitor capable of the following :

Cleaning restrooms including toilets, sinks, urinals, floors. emptying trash cans and stocking paper goods.

Perform general handyman / maintenance type repairs such as light electrical and plumbing repairs, basic carpentry repairs, changing out door locks, fence repairs, pressure washing and painting both interior and exterior. Must be able to climb a ladder for painting of two story houses. Must have a clean valid drivers record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
