Your Role

As a Java Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing microservices-based backend systems deployed in Kubernetes environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, cloud-agnostic SaaS solutions that scale to millions of users.

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Deploy containerized applications in Kubernetes across multi-cloud environments
Build APIs and services that integrate with message queues like RabbitMQ , Kafka , or NATS
Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcached to enhance system performance
Design scalable systems for private , public , and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization
Contribute to solutioning and technical discussions to align with business goals
Stay current with backend and cloud-native technology trends

Your Profile

6–12 years of experience in backend development using Java
Strong expertise in Spring Boot , RESTful APIs , and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack)
Experience with message brokers and caching systems
Exposure to authentication protocols like OAuth , OpenID , or SAML is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
