Java Developer (Mid-Level) – Urgent Hiring

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java application development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and product managers to define and deliver new features.
• Optimize and maintain existing codebases for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
