Java Lead

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to head our Java development team
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design development and deployment of high performance Java applications
• This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
• Design and implement scalable Java based applications
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
• Maintain documentation for software development processes

Technical Requirements:

• Primary skills Technology Java Core Java

Additional Responsibilities:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in Java development with 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Java Spring Framework Hibernate and RESTful APIs
• Experience with microservices architecture SQL and version control systems e

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
