Java Teaching Staff – Training Institute

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Java Training / Teaching OR Strong Java & J2EE Knowledge

Job Summary:

IDM TechPark, one of Coimbatore’s leading software training institutes, is looking for a Java Trainer (Core + Advanced Java / J2EE) to train students from beginner to advanced levels. The trainer should have strong Core Java fundamentals, J2EE skills such as Servlets and JSP, and the ability to deliver concepts in an easy-to-understand, student-friendly way. This role focuses on teaching, guiding, and mentoring students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Train students on Core Java and J2EE concepts, deliver classroom sessions, prepare training materials, guide students in hands-on practice and projects, conduct assessments, support students with doubts, maintain batch quality, and ensure students clearly understand programming fundamentals and real-time development flow. You will also help students build confidence by explaining concepts with practical examples and ensuring steady progress throughout the course.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in Core Java + J2EE
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage; skilled freshers can also apply
• Ability to explain programming concepts clearly
• Must be from Coimbatore or able to commute daily
• Passionate about teaching and student mentoring.

Job Details:

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on skill & experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday
