pladis is looking for JDE Project Specialist (Supply Chain) for our pladis Global IS Team.



Key Deliverables


• Conduct current state analysis of manufacturing and supply chain processes to help design future state processes and prioritize tasks and features according to the business plan,

• Responsible for the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain,

• Ensure high-quality business analysis documentation throughout implementation and project phases,

• Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complex ERP environment,

• Oversee the delivery of IT Solutions and Services in Manufacturing & Supply Chain to the business,

• Coordinate business units, functional consultants, and technical teams to implement process and system designs,

• Analyze existing systems and propose innovative ideas to improve supply chain and manufacturing processes,

• Drive project planning and kickoff activities following SIG’s methodology,

• Facilitate weekly meetings, ensuring clear cadence, communication, and progress tracking,

• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables with the customer’s project manager, internal teams, and SIG colleagues,

• Manage the overall project schedule, budget, and milestones,

• Identify and mitigate project risks,

• Organize, conduct, and/or participate in project Steering Committee meetings,

• Perform quality control checkpoints on projects using SIG’s methodology,

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve customer satisfaction issues as they arise,

• Build a “trusted advisor” role with customers, contributing to their overall success,

• Participate in weekly and monthly project management team meetings on methodology, tools, best practices, and strategic goals,

• Lead and/or execute Change Management governance within AMS (Business Requirement & Analysis Document preparation, Test Scenario development, Functional Test execution before handover for business testing),

• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing,

• Manage integration models between JDE ERP and other supply chain/manufacturing solutions,

• Coordinate with internal and external support teams in a sprint-based environment,

• Report progress and updates on all responsibilities to the Global Head of JDE.




What You Need for This Role?


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, MIS, or related fields,

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar position, ideally with JD Edwards or other ERP solutions in manufacturing and supply chain,

• Strong ability to link technical ERP solutions with business strategy in supply chain and manufacturing operations,

• Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall Methodologies,

• SQL and JIRA experience is preferred,

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions,

• Skilled in analyzing business requirements and leading solution delivery with Global IT or local suppliers,

• Proactive learner, communicator, and problem-solver, open to continuous improvement,

• Result-oriented, team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written),

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken),

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and process discipline,

• Ability and willingness to travel as required, sometimes for several weeks at a time.
