Job Title: Jewellery Counter ManagerJob Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the jewellery counter, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Handle customer interactions, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information on gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
• Oversee sales activities, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide counter sales staff, including duty allocation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery as per brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment, pricing updates, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, BIS hallmarking norms, and security procedures.
• Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service issues professionally.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and loss-prevention protocols at the counter.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery retail sales or counter management.
• Strong product knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
• Good communication, customer-handling, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and well-groomed professional demeanor.
