Regional Sales Manager – ENT Division (Medical Devices)

📍 Location: Delhi

💼 Experience: ENT Medical Devices

We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our ENT Division across the assigned geography. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market presence, and building strong clinical and commercial relationships across the region.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals for the ENT portfolio.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with focus on profitability and market share.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity mapping.

2. Territory & Channel Management

  • Lead and optimize performance of distributors, channel partners, and stockists.
  • Conduct regular territory reviews, monitor secondary sales, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, credit, and inventory management.

3. Key Account & KOL Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and audiology centers.
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product advocacy and clinical adoption.
  • Conduct workshops, evaluations, and product demos to support customer engagement.

4. Clinical & Technical Excellence

  • Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge of ENT devices and surgical workflows.
  • Provide on-field support during procedures, trials, and product evaluations.
  • Deliver structured training for clinicians and channel partners.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Expansion

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive informed decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities, key accounts, and tender prospects.
  • Support new product launches with marketing and field activation initiatives.

6. Compliance, Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM updates, and business dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Promote ethical business practices across the region.
