Job Summary:
The Jewelry CRM Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for end customers and vendors, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless jewelry buying experience. This role also involves tele-collections, appointment scheduling, and order management to support sales and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Vendor Support:
  • Handle and resolve customer and vendor queries regarding products, orders, repairs, or complaints.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while following up for resolution.
  • Tele-Collections & Follow-ups:
  • Conduct telephonic follow-ups for pending payments or dues.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and commitments.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for smooth payment reconciliation.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Fix appointments for customers with sales consultants or designers.
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed, rescheduled if necessary, and properly logged in the CRM system.
  • Order Management:
  • Assist customers in placing orders via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Track order status and provide timely updates to customers and vendors.
  • Coordinate with inventory, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • CRM & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with customer, vendor, and order details.
  • Generate reports related to customer interactions, collections, appointments, and order status.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management for improving customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support, preferably (but not mandatory) in jewelry or luxury retail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills.
