• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets.
• Provide detailed information about products — materials, stones, craftsmanship, pricing, and care instructions.
• Support inventory management — stock checking, tagging, and replenishing.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
