Jewellery Sales Executive

We are seeking a smart, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewellery sales, a passion for customer service, and the ability to achieve sales goals while building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
• Guide customers in selecting jewellery that suits their needs and preferences
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic sales documentation
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, security, and loss-prevention procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Jewelry Sales Executive or Sales Associate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery pricing
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-service oriented

Added Advantage

• Experience in luxury or retail sales
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and English
• Jewellery-related certification or formal training
