Promoter

Role Overview:

We are looking for the tech-savy Product Promoters to join our dynamic sales and promotion team. In this role, you will introduce and demonstrate our application to customers. You will explain key features, assist customers with sign-up or basic usage, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves engaging with customers, answering questions, and supporting overall app awareness, maintaining a clean and attractive promotion area, and supporting daily sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote products to customers in malls or event locations.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and engaging manner.
• Attract customer attention and encourage product trials or purchases.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing display/promotion area.
• Track daily customer interactions and report feedback or sales results to the manager.
• Meet assigned sales targets and support overall promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service/ Help desk/ Receptionist/ Sales or in relevant field.
• At least a Senior High School Graduate.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Able to prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
• Good typing skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficient and fluent in spoken English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Arabic and Asian market customer behavior is an advantage.

Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Working Days: 28 days/ month

Working Time: 10 hours/day (with 1 hr break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
