Job Description: Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B – Lab-Grown Jewellery)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our jewellery brand and expand our B2B network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diamond jewellery marketing, with added advantage for those experienced in the lab-grown diamond segment. This role involves extensive travel for client meetings, market development, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize recurring business.
• Conduct regular market visits, exhibitions, and dealer meetings across regions.
• Present product collections with confidence and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to share market feedback and trends.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer communication, and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand professionally across all interactions and travel assignments.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in diamond jewellery marketing (lab-grown experience is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of jewellery categories, qualities, pricing, and customer behaviour.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for marketing and sales activities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in email communication, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools preferred.

Preferred Profile

• Experience dealing with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and B2B buyers.
• Candidates who have previously handled lab-grown diamond jewellery marketing or trade fairs will be prioritized.
