Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves client interaction, sales, billing, stock maintenance, and participation in events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

1 Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner

2 Showcase jewellery products and explain features, pricing, and care instructions

3 Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

4 Handle billing and payment processes accurately

5 Maintain display arrangements and stock management

6 Build customer relationships and maintain a client database for future engagements

7 Participate in events, exhibitions, and outstation shows (travel as required)

8 Ensure adherence to company policies and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

Male Candidates

1 Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery showroom sales

2 Willingness to travel as needed

3 Strong communication and negotiation skills

4 Well-groomed and professional demeanor

Female Candidates

1 Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery showroom sales

2 Presentable and confident in customer-facing roles

3 Willing to travel for events and jewellery shows

4 Customer-friendly with strong interpersonal skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
