Job Description:

Deployed Asset Verification & Inventory Data Validation

• Perform verification of deployed assets to ensure alignment between physical inventory and recorded data.
• Validate inventory data prior to system entry, identifying discrepancies, duplication, and incorrect records.
• Ensure consistency between installed equipment details and inventory records.
• Identify missing, excess, or mismatched assets during verification activities.
• Record and verify serial numbers, models, brands, and equipment condition.
• Compile and maintain asset verification records.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of inventory data.
• Reconcile verified data with submitted inventory records and ensure final confirmation.Serial Number & Equipment Tracking
• Maintain serial number–wise tracking of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
• Record and monitor asset deployment, movement, and current status.
• Ensure traceability and accountability of all inventory items.
• Liaise with the Procurement team to maintain records of faulty, repaired, and RMA equipment.Inventory Audit Support
• Provide support during internal and external inventory audits.
• Assist in reconciliation, documentation, and closure of audit observations.

Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (IMS), SAP and ERP software.
• Understanding of deployed asset verification and physical inventory audits
• Ability to manage serial number–based equipment tracking.
• Hands-on experience with manual data collection and validation
• Familiarity with RMA, repair, and warranty tracking processes
• Ability to reconcile field data with system records
• Understanding of equipment lifecycle concepts (Deployment, Repair, EOL, EOS)
• Basic knowledge of IT / electronic equipment (cameras, Switches, Desktop PCs, UPS, etc.)

· Required: 2-4 years of experience in relevant role.

· Required: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SAP & ERP software.

Degree: BBA and equivalent preferably supply chain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
