Zen&Arina Cosmetics is a leading beauty brand delivering premium skincare and wellness products through retail outlets, spas, and professional salons. As we expand across the Sultanate, we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to fuel our growth and amplify our brand’s presence.

Position Overview

As a Mid/Senior Cosmetics Sales Representative, you will:

• Cultivate relationships with key accounts (beauty retailers, salons, spas, department stores)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Serve as the face of our brand—providing product training, merchandising support, and market insights
• Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans covering the Sultanate of Oman
• Conduct in-store demonstrations, staff training sessions, and promotional events
• Negotiate contracts, secure product listings, and maintain optimal shelf presence
• Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and submit regular pipeline reports
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing campaigns
• Represent Zen&Arina Cosmetics at trade shows, beauty expos, and industry conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, or related field
• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Valid Omani driving license with willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong knowledge of Oman’s beauty market trends and retail channels
