Job Description: Flexo Printing Operator (Stack Machine)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Flexo Printing Operator with experience in stack machine operation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to ensure high-quality printing and efficient production output. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of flexo printing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Flexo Printing Stack Machines: Set up, adjust, and operate flexographic printing presses, particularly stack-type machines, to produce high-quality prints on various materials (such as plastic films, paper, etc.).
• Monitor Print Quality: Ensure that all prints meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections and making adjustments to the press as needed.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of flexo printing equipment, ensuring machines are in optimal working condition.
• Production Efficiency: Work to optimize production cycles and minimize downtime. Monitor production speed and output to ensure targets are met without compromising quality.
• Material Handling: Ensure the proper loading of substrates and inks, and manage inventory of printing materials to avoid production delays.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks during production runs to maintain high standards for color accuracy, print consistency, and alignment.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Flexo Printing Operator, specifically with stack-type flexo presses.
• In-depth knowledge of flexographic printing processes, substrates, inks, and machine operations.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining print quality.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
