Job Opportunity: Community Manager - British Mums KSA

Are you a British mum living in Saudi Arabia and passionate about building supportive communities? We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and proactive Community Manager to join our team and help grow and nurture the British Mums KSA community.

About the Role:

As the Community Manager for British Mums KSA, you'll be the heart of our online and offline community. This is a remote, part-time role perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, is active on social media, and has a talent for writing engaging content and planning meaningful events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facebook Community Management
  • Manage the British Mums KSA Facebook group
  • Approve new member requests
  • Moderate posts and ensure community guidelines are followed
  • Create engaging content: posts, polls, competitions, Q&As
  • Respond to member queries and offer support
• WhatsApp Group Management
  • Launch and manage a British Mums KSA WhatsApp group
  • Encourage friendly and relevant conversations
• Event Hosting
  • Organise and host in-person events across KSA
  • Liaise with venues and clients
  • Welcome and engage attendees
  • Take photos and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Reporting
  • Prepare a monthly summary report highlighting:
  • Key content
  • Engagement stats
  • Group growth and insights

Who We're Looking For:

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following criteria:

A British mum currently living in Saudi Arabia

On your husband's visa

Confident, sociable, and a natural communicator

Skilled at writing engaging and relatable content

Familiar with Facebook, WhatsApp, and community engagement best practices

Comfortable hosting small events and liaising with venues and brands

Organised and able to work independently with flexibility
