Role Purpose
Provide administrative and operational support to the cluster Sales team to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shared inboxes, RFP trackers, and appointment calendars; route inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations using approved templates/brand assets.
- Maintain CRM data integrity: account/contact creation, merge/cleanse, activity logging, and reporting.
- Process rate loading requests, FIT agreements, and partner setups in coordination with Reservations/Revenue.
- Support familiarization trips, client events, and trade shows (registrations, shipments, collateral).
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pace updates, and minutes of meetings.
KPIs
- SLA adherence (responses, document turnaround).
- Data accuracy & audit readiness.
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Finance).
- On-time reporting and meeting documentation.
