About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representatives (Fronters & Closers) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a background in the call center industry, particularly in auto and home warranty sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls
• Present auto and home warranty products clearly and confidently
• Qualify leads and transfer to closers (for fronters)
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction (for closers)
• Maintain compliance with company scripts and processes
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer interactions

Requirements

• Age: 18+
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Prior call center experience required
• Experience in auto and home warranty sales preferred
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
