Job Title: Civil 3D Draftsman / BIM Modeler – Hydrology, Roads & Drainage

Role Overview We are looking for five (5) experienced Civil 3D Draftsmen/BIM Modelers with strong capabilities in Hydrology, and proven experience in Roads and Drainage design drafting. The primary skill focus is on Autodesk Civil 3D, followed by hydrology-related modeling, then road and drainage drafting.

Primary Responsibilities 1. Civil 3D Develop, manage, and update detailed 3D models using Civil 3D. Build and maintain surfaces, alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and corridor models. Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings directly from Civil 3D environments. Ensure all Civil 3D outputs comply with project standards and BIM execution plans. 2. Hydrology Model hydrology-related features such as channels, catchments, retention/detention ponds, and overland flow paths. Support preparation of hydrology-based drawings including watercourse layouts and stormwater flow paths. Coordinate with hydrotechnical engineers to ensure accurate representation of hydrological elements.

3. Roads Prepare road geometry modeling (alignments, profiles, corridors) using Civil 3D. Develop road construction drawings, plan & profile sheets, and cross-sections. Coordinate with roadway engineers for design integration and updates. 4. Drainage Model drainage networks including manholes, catch basins, culverts, and piped systems. Prepare drainage layouts, profiles, and related construction drawings. Support clash detection and quantity take-offs for drainage components.

General Responsibilities Produce detailed 2D shop drawings with high accuracy. Support BIM coordination, model checks, clash detection, and data validation. Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure design consistency. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and project documentation requirements.

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in drafting/BIM modeling for Civil 3D, hydrology, roads, and drainage. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory). Proficiency in AutoCAD and other BIM/infrastructure modeling tools. Ability to work across multiple disciplines with flexibility in working hours. Strong attention to detail and readiness for fast-paced project workflows. Immediate availability and willingness to work on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
