BIM Modeler – Architecture / Structural / MEP

Job Description:

Daptve, a Dubai-based BIM company, is seeking experienced BIM Modelers in Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience working on relevant construction projects and will collaborate with our in-house teams to produce accurate, LOD-compliant BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Architecture, Structural, or MEP projects.Ensure models meet LOD 300–500 requirements and project specifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.
• Review and incorporate design changes and updates in the model.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Support project teams with coordination, visualization, and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional BIM modeling experience in Architecture, Structural, or MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, BIM processes, and LOD requirements.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under project deadlines.
