Architectural Draftsman (6–10+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 6–10+ years of professional experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. The successful candidate will support our design team by producing accurate, high-quality architectural drawings and documentation in line with project requirements, regulatory standards, and design intent.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across a range of residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Convert architects’ concepts, sketches, and design intent into precise technical drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and authority standards
• Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate technical inputs
• Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings and 3D models for client approvals
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control systems
• Support site measurements, surveys, and preparation of as-built drawings when required
• Participate in design development and construction documentation stages

Qualifications & Skills

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting (consultancy background preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of construction details, building codes, and local authority requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in villa projects
• Experience with medium- to high-rise mixed-use, multi-storey developments
