Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architecture Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for architectural design, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As an Architecture Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the creation and development of architectural drawings and plans, contributing to the realization of innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

Assist architects and designers in developing architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.

Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.

Generate and modify architectural drawings based on sketches, notes, and verbal instructions.

Prepare and maintain documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure project success.

Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, while maintaining functionality and practicality.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural drafting and design.

Participate in design reviews, meetings, and presentations as required.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality in all work produced.

Requirements:

Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.

Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in drafting work.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and design changes.

Previous experience working in an architectural firm or related industry is preferred but not required.

Portfolio or samples of previous drafting work may be requested during the interview process.
