Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center & Sales)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, sales inquiries, and client support. The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, telesales, or sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and professionalism while communicating with customers over the phone.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
