Job Title: HVAC Foreman (Mid-Senior Level)

Job Summary:

The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all HVAC installation and maintenance works at project sites. The role involves leading site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. The candidate must possess strong technical skills and leadership abilities, with a valid Oman Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Workforce Management: Assign tasks and monitor technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely execution of work.
• Quality Control: Ensure installation standards and workmanship meet project and safety requirements.
• Coordination: Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and clients for smooth progress of site activities.
• Material Handling: Monitor material availability and report shortages; ensure proper usage and handling of materials and tools.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems at site.
• Progress Reporting: Update daily work progress, manpower deployment, and site issues to the Project Engineer.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
• Driving & Site Mobility: Must be able to drive and visit various project locations as required within Oman.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• 7–12 years of experience in HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF systems.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Oman Light Vehicle Driving License – Mandatory.
